DEVELOPING IKEA BUSINESS STRATEGY

We went to Portland, Oregon to help develop a global strategy platform for IKEA BUSINESS. A whole lot of Post-It notes, gourmet coffee and Krispy Kreme doughnuts later and some nifty high level guidelines were complete, including creative starter kits for local engagement.
